Question: the weekly synthesis said twitter.com adds 4 incidents the other sources miss (RIA-008, RIA-020, RIA-021, RIA-031 matched a twitter.com URL within 72h on HN). Is there a free, credential-free feed route?
Method: plain HTTP GET, 10 s timeout, no credentials, same-host redirects only (a 301/302 to another host is recorded as a failure). A route works only if it returns 200 and parses as RSS/Atom with at least one item. Run 2026-10-18.
The replay stored full URLs only for 24h hits, so RIA-008 and RIA-031 are known only by domain (no account recoverable). Only 2 account(s) can be probed.

No free route works. The main sites return a login/JS wall or an error, and the public bridges are dead, blocked or non-feed pages.
Do not add twitter as a feed. The 4 incidents it adds were found through the HN archive, which links to the tweets; HN already carries them. If twitter coverage matters, the real options are the paid X API or a self-hosted Nitter with an account, both outside the free, credential-free rule.
